    How it works

Three steps to a fed crew

    Tell us your site

Headcount, shift pattern, access requirements, and how long the project runs.

    We build the menu

A rotating menu costed to your budget, with dietary and allergen options handled up front.

    We deliver on site

Mobile kitchens, hot holding, and our own staff. You get one invoice and one point of contact.

Why crews on mission-critical sites call us

Hot, fresh meals cooked by our own culinary team and delivered to your site on every shift, from the first trades on a bare slab to the operations teams running the facility around the clock.

    Before you ask

Questions we get from site teams

    Can you feed overnight shifts?

Yes. Overnight and rotating shifts are routine for us, including meals delivered between 11pm and 5am.

What if the site has no kitchen?

We bring mobile kitchens and hot-holding equipment, so a slab and power are enough.

How much notice do you need?

For an established programme, next-day changes are usually fine. New sites are best with a week so we can badge staff and walk the site.

    Do you handle dietary requirements?

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-aware meals are standard, labelled per meal.

    Every stage

We cover the whole life of the facility

A data center needs feeding long before it goes live and long after. Wherever your project sits today, there is a programme for it.

    Phase 1

    Construction and build-out

Hundreds of trades on site before the building has a kitchen, canteen, or even reliable power. We arrive with mobile kitchens and hot-holding, work to a 5am start, and scale the count up and down as trades rotate through.

    Phase 2

    Commissioning and fit-out

Smaller specialist crews, unpredictable hours, and testing windows that run through the night. Meals follow the commissioning schedule rather than a fixed lunch run, so nobody leaves site waiting on food.

    Phase 3

    Live operations

Once the facility is online, technicians, security, and NOC staff work rotating shifts indefinitely. We run a standing programme with a rotating menu, dietary requirements handled per person, and one invoice a month.

    Also

    Outages, upgrades, and expansion

Planned shutdowns and retrofit projects spike headcount for days or weeks at a time. Because we already know your site and badging, surge catering needs a phone call rather than a new procurement round.
